Transportation

This location provides great transportation. The local bus, B16 and express buses, X27 and X37, stops are 15 feet from the building. A 10-minute walk will get you on the subway at either the 95th or at 86th street R train stations. Additionally, easy access to the Belt Parkway, BQE and the Verrazano bridge. With normal traffic you can get to Manhattan in 22 minutes either by car or express bus. Approximately 28-minute drive to New Jersey.

Bay Ridge may be best known for its parks, where residents can enjoy the fresh air, savor the neighborhood scenery.  Pedestrian and bike paths in Shore Road Park offer spectacular views of the bay and the Verrazano bridge. Other notable sights include Farrel House, the American Veterans Memorial Pier (69th Street Pier), and Fort Hamilton Army base.
